The 2008 Sun Riders holiday party was held Saturday Dec. 20th. Some of the members took part in drive before the party to check out the holiday lights. After the drive, it was on to Ralph and Jamie's house for the big party.

The night started out with 16 Miata's meeting just after dark for a caravan ride through some residential neighborhoods to see the holiday lights.
The weather was perfect for a top down ride. Woody and Rosemary put together a great route with lots to see.
Ralph and Jamie opened up their home to the group. The club provided the main courses and everyone brought either a dessert or an appetizer. There was plenty of food and fun. Driving, eating and getting together... all the things we love to do. Everyone also brought toys that Jamie will take to the Sally House. A truly deserving community organization.
Did I mention dessert's... everything you could want was on the table. And Oh yeh, a birthday cake for Woody, and it really is his birthday this time.
Once again this year, the dirty santa gift exchange was a barrel of fun. Bring a gift, get a gift, gift get's stolen, choose another, it get's stolen, choose another... you get the idea.

Look closely and you'll see our hostess, Jamie. She was busy running around all evening making this holiday party one of the best ever. All the other shots of her look like the picture below, one big blurr. .
